Typical fit-out work includes:
- Complete re-wires of leased premises, front and back of house
- Three-phase supply and mains upgrades for kitchen and machinery loads
- Power, lighting and data throughout, planned around your layout
- Emergency and exit lighting
- Equipment connections, from coffee machines to commercial ovens
One example from home: we rewired the premises of Mikro Coffee Roasters in Torquay, installed a new three-phase supply for their roasting equipment, wired power and data for the front of house, and upgraded the mains without cutting power to the neighbouring tenants.
